Ingredients:
1/4 onion
1 stub ginger
1 clove garlic
100gram ground pork
1tsp Doubanjiang
1tbsp sesame oil
400ml chicken broth
300ml water
1 small pack instant dashi powder
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
To Prepare Ramen Soup:
Chop onion and grate the garlic and ginger.
In a medium pan, heat sesame oil over medium low heat and add the garlic, ginger, onion, Doubanjiang, and ground pork.
Stir and cook until meat is no longer pink.
Once cooked, transfer to medium pot.
Add chicken stock, water, pack of instant dashi powder, soy sauce, and sugar.
Use same pan and add Sake. Heat until bits come off.
Add Sake from pan to the pot. Cover, turn on heat and bring to boil.
Once boiling, scoop out froth.
Mix in miso.
To Prepare Toppings and Noodles:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil .
Prepare ramen toppings bean sprouts, corn kernels, chopped green onion, chashu, and a a slice of butter.
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
When noodles are done, serve the noodles into bowls.
Add the ramen soup and top with toppings mentioned above or use topping of your choice.
