Mexican Quesadillas

Delicious Mexican Quesadillas made by Jenny Martinez.

Ingredients

  • Dough (masa) for tortillas, store bought.

  • Add water (if needed).

  • Spicy sauce.

  • Fresh lettuce.

  • Sour cream.

For potato quesadilla: * 6 potatoes * 3 red tomatoes * 1 medium onion

For quesadilla: * 1 block of Monterey cheese * 3 green bell peppers

For bean quesadilla: * Refried Pinto beans


Instructions:

Refried Beans Quesadillas.

  1. Knead the doe until it becomes soft. This will take about 5 minutes.

  2. Make the doe flat with a press for torillas. If you dont have acces to a press you could use a rolling pin.

  3. Add the beans to the pressed doe.

  4. Close the tortilla.

  5. Start frying the quesadilla. Make sure the oil is already hot.

  6. Let it fry until the doe becomes brown.

  7. Take the quesadilla out and let it rest for 3 mins.

  8. Add the desired toppings to taste.

  9. Enjoy.

Cheese Quesadillas

  1. Knead the doe until it becomes soft. This will take about 5 minutes.

  2. Make the doe flat with a press for torillas. If you dont have acces to a press you could use a rolling pin.

  3. Add the desired amount of cheese and green peppers to the tortilla.

  4. Close it. Make sure the quesadilla is well closed so the cheese doesn't ooze out.

  5. Fry it until the doe becomes brown.

  6. Take the quesadilla out and let it rest for 3 mins.

  7. Add the desired toppings to taste.

  8. Enjoy.

Potato Quesadillas

  1. Knead the doe until it becomes soft. This will take about 5 minutes.

  2. Cook the potatoes in a frying pan for about 7 mins. Stir from time to time so they don't get burnt.

  3. Add tomatoes and onions to the potato frying pan and mix it.

  4. Add some garlic powder.

  5. Let them cook and stir from time to time for around 5 minutes.

  6. Add the potato mix into the tortilla and close it.

  7. Fry it until the doe becomes brown.

  8. Take the quesadilla out and let it rest for 3 mins.

  9. Add the desired toppings to taste.

  10. Enjoy.
